The Maiora 55 Express is an exceptional yacht designed by Don Shead and manufactured by FIPA Italiana Yachts; one of the worlds most prestigious yacht builders. The 55 Maiora Express is a fast, low profile, luxury express yacht built to the same standards as FIPA's 170 ft. motor Yachts.
Built for the U.S. market, "ELOUISE" was the 1985 Miami Boat Show model and has spent most of its' life in the fresh water of the Great Lakes, or heated Winter storage. It is fully equipped, in the water, and ready for offers. 2025 Improvements/updates to the Maiora...1. New Generator Removed old loud Onan 15KW replaced with Geko 8KW with a full sound enclosure and a with complete rewire. 70 hrs. on the new generator (so quiet I can't hear it run in the cockpit)
2. New wireless Furuno radar head with Ipad display
3. new navi system with tablet display
4. New maserator heads with all new plumbing to the Stainless steel holding tank
5. New carpet throughout including cockpit (got rid of that hideous brown swirl cockpit carpet and replaced with a blue that matches the paint and canvas)
6. New articulating arch (arch tilts back for transport)

8. Full service on mains and genset including oil change, fuel filters, impellers, Transmissions filters and oil, and coolant.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The master stateroom is forward. The on center "queen size" berth has an innerspring mattress. There are drawers and a hanging locker. The private head entrance leads to the master head with a Vac-U-Flush head, vanity, and a very large enclosed shower. A privacy door leads to the large salon with L-shaped Italian leather lounge. In the center of the salon seating is a large top opening refrigerator. The galley is starboard and is equipped with a refrigerator, two burner electric stove, microwave, and stainless steel sink. Aft and up the steps is the large cockpit. The portside helm has a custom wood wheel, bench seat, and full electronics. Aft of the helm is C-shaped seating with a table for entertaining. On the starboard side there is an ice maker, storage, and another refrigerator. Engine room access is through the sliding helm seat. The private guest stateroom is down several steps and further aft. It is equipped with twin side by side berths, hanging locker, and a private head with shower. The generator/pump room is accessed from the guest stateroom.
