ELICTRICAL
CUSTOM AC AND DC ELECTRICAL PANELS, NEW WIRING (2006) 12 volt and 110 volt electrical systems serve many electrical loads including: winches, furlers, windlass, thrusters, lighting, navigation lights, electronics, refrigeration, heat / air conditioning and more. DC power is provided by 5 battery banks ( each with 2 gel-cell batteries ) charged by the engine driven alternator or 3 Charles Marine battery chargers. AC power is provided from one of three shore power inlets, a Master Volt sine-wave inverter ( 2006 ), or the 6KW Fischer Panda diesel generator in a sound box ( 2008 ) with 30 hours. INTERIOR ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodations for 6 in three double staterooms. The forward owner's stateroom includes: a double offset berth to port, 2 hanging lockers, drawers and storage lockers. Large head compartment forward.
Port and starboard aft staterooms each include: a double berth, hanging locker, drawers and storage lockers, and new stainless steel opening ports to the cockpit for added ventilation.
The main salon includes: a U-shaped dinette / lounge to port with a beautiful teak folding dinette / cocktail table, settee to starboard, abundant storage. Sea-Vac vacuum system.
The large U-shaped galley includes: Princess 3-burner propane stove, Sharp convection / microwave oven, deep double stainless steel sinks ( 2012 ), Corian counter tops, separate refrigeration and freezer compartments ( custom holding plate system ), abundant countertop and storage space.
The sit-down navigators station is exceptional, including : a swing out swivel navigator's seat, desktop space of two nice sized nav. stations. Built-in electronics, systems monitors, electrical panels, entertainment center, liquor locker, drawers and more.
INTERIOR DECOR: Beautiful teak interior woodwork, teak and holly cabin sole  (recently refinished ), corian countertops ( recently installed ), decorator throw rugs, green decorator fabrics in excellent condition , coordinating throw pillows, custom Ocean Air white blinds for port lights and hatches. The large port lights provide a light and airy feeling to the interior.
VENTILATION is provided by: 8 hatches with custom Ocean Air shades / screens, 2 opening ports with screens, 3 dorade vents, 7 cabin fans, Two 16,000 BTU Aqua Air reverse cycle heat / air conditioning units.
