2004 Chaparral 280 SSi

The Chaparral 280 SSi blends the stylish lines of an offshore sportboat with the seaworthiness of a 28-foot deep-V running surface and the roominess of a king-sized bowrider. Roll out the welcome mat on a cockpit design that's ready for weekend fun. Storage space never stops with two in-floor lockers and room under all the seats. A self-bailing cockpit innerliner with optional snap-in carpet speeds clean-up. A forward anchor roller with an optional windlass is integrated into the deck. The cockpit galley includes a sink, faucet, ice chest, storage, and pressure water. The enclosed head includes a sink, vacu-flush china bowl, and a 9.5-gallon holding tank. Captains choice exhaust gives you the option of quiet running or non, notice the aft exhaust pipes! Top speed of approximately 57mph.

This boat is located  downtown Milwaukee and is available for viewing by appointment only. It is eligible for our year round dry rack storage which is a great option if you plan on using it in Milwaukee. No need to rent a slip, no trailering, and no winterizing. This is a great starter boat to learn on and we can really make it easy on you. There aren't many of these big runabouts around, make an appointment an come see it before it's gone.

Since  2017 the following items have been done :

New AM\FM\CE\USB\Bluetooth radio, VHF radio, carpeting including a back “door mat” to help keep the rest of the carpeting clean. The carpeting is Velcro-ed in so if it’s removed there are no snaps to step on. Three new handles to give guest extra place to hold on to.

Rebuilt both stern drives, replaced all manifolds, replaced the starboard engine, replaced both water pumps, replaced both fuel pumps, replaced one alternator, 

The boat has both covers (bow and rest of the boat) the sun lounger option, camper option.

 The boat comes with 10 PFD’s, 5 color matching fenders, 3 white fenders, 1 throwable Pfd, several dock lines, boat safety kit, ski\tubing tow line, 4 USA towels, 2 watertight Bins with lids, marine cooler, first aid kit, 1 outer prop, extra fuel filters,1 gaff stick with 10ft attached dock line.
