Just listed this Original Owner All fresh water.  1999  48 McKinna Pilot House/Trawler. Vessel is WELL KEPT and very clean with carpet covers for protection. Interior shows no dings, scratches or abuse.  This is a "Shoes Off" kind of yacht.....!
Unique yacht unlike "all the rest". "Shugar" is an Asian yacht built to an upgraded standard. The hull is "solid fiberglass" with no coring.  She's tall and impressive with a wide stance. The hardware, fittings, fixtures are all "yacht quality". The interior carpentry/joinery surpasses typical yachts in this size and class. Note the LOA of 54'3" and extra wide beam  at 15'5". She holds 826 gallons of fuel suppling the T-Cummins Diamond Series 8.3L 450hp inboards (1192/1198hrs). The lower helm is a true "pilot-house" design and feel with function switches easily accessed above your head, stbd side Class A door to access the main deck for docking and a Wesmar 7" Bow Thruster will add confidence to docking. The 48' is a three stateroom/two head design, Master has bathtub. The flybridge is good size with davit and tender included. Vessel is equipped with radar/gps/auto-pilot/depth/vhf. Four AC/heat units throughout the vessel as expected.  Other notable features included washer/dryer, Glendinning Power cable, fuel tanks have sight glasses, Ice-maker, propane grill on the bridge, hinged radar arch for bridge clearance, lazarette latches have drain hoses to keep water from leaking into the engine room note photo....!!
Shugar is stored inside our heated facility.
Note: the 15 kva Onan generator is "inop" (model # 15MDKAD), engine runs but current/voltage side is inop.   However...there is a Heavy Duty Inverter that will run most items on the boat (excludes ac/heat)
